			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We all treasure being graced with legs and should enterprise to fortify and tone them. Here are 5 best exercises to have lean toned leg muscles.</p>
<p>1.Circle one leg</p>
<p>You can bend your left leg a bit or put your feet on the floor and bend your right knee to improve your stability. Now arc your left leg whilst you breathe and while you breathe out circle it down until it crosses your midline and then bring it to the center. Repeat the activity clockwise 3 times then anticlockwise 3 times and then switch legs.</p>
<p>Lie on your left side with your body in a straight line, you may pull forward your legs a few inches. Now bend you right leg so that your right foot rests out front of your left thigh. </p>
<p>3.Side kick</p>
<p>Lie on your left side with your body in a straight line. Kick your right leg up while you breathe and lower it in a controlled demeanour whilst exhaling. Ensure that while you kick up, your body remains in a straight line. Repeat the activity a number of times before you switch sides.</p>
<p>4.Using sorcery circles</p>
<p>Sit upright on a bench and cross your arms before you. Squeeze the circle in with your thighs whilst you breathe, and count 3. And whilst breathing out, squeeze it out and count three. </p>
<p>Place the exercise ball between your shins and lie down on your back.</p>
<p>Inhale : raise your legs up towards the ceiling</p>
<p>Inhale : extend your legs vertical</p>
<p>Inhale : contract your feet</p>
<p>Exhale : lower your body so that your vertebrates touch the floor one at a time till your legs become vertical.</p>
<p>Inhale : lower your legs to start all over again.  .</p>
